Cool Mom gel packs and sleeves are easy to care for. Simply hand wash gel packs in warm, soapy water. Pat dry and return to freezer for your next use. Sleeves should be hand washed in cold water with mild soap. Lay flat or tumble dry on low heat. Always store clean gel packs in the freezer to maintain quality.

Yes! For use as a warm compress, heat for 5-10 minutes in water no warmer than what you can comfortably place your hand in. WARNING: DO NOT HEAT IN BOILING WATER OR MICROWAVE.
