EASY RETURNS
Returns are easy through our customer portal. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and/or defective and postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Choose from a refund back to the original payment method or a store credit via an electronic gift card. Refunds back to the original payment method require a $10 fee, which is deducted from the refund.
Sale items purchased with an additional discount code or percentage are considered Final Sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that are tagged as Final Sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Any items purchased through our wholesale partners or our sister brand Isabel Maternity at Target must be exchanged or returned to the place of purchase.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE
From time to time, we may offer free gift(s) with purchase while supplies last. Automatically added to cart at checkout — no promo code needed. Free gifts can be combined with other offers (e.g., 15% off code). You must choose your size at checkout; otherwise a default size will be selected, and we cannot offer returns or exchanges on free merchandise. Limited to stock on hand. Substitutions may be necessary.
LICENSE AGREEMENT
Thanks for sharing your photos/reels/TikToks with us! By posting your Post (as defined below) on social media and replying "YES" to our written request to share, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age and authorize Ingrid & Isabel LLC to use your Post, agreeing to the following:
“Post” means the photograph, story, image, video footage, caption, text, likeness and personal characteristics (if any), name, social media handle, location data, and any other information or content associated with or contained in your post.
You will continue to own the Post, but you are giving Ingrid & Isabel LLC a royalty-free, transferrable, irrevocable, and perpetual right and license to use, distribute, display, perform, reproduce, copy, broadcast, create, and adapt derivative works from, and otherwise use the Post, in whole or in part, by means of any media now known or hereafter invented, including without limitation on Ingrid & Isabel and Isabel Maternity's social media channels and websites, and for any purpose, including advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, with or without attribution to you. You understand that we may alter or edit your Post without your consent and that use of the Post (if any) is within our sole discretion.
